Wedding at Hillbark Hotel
I recently had the pleasure of shooting the wedding of Emma and Christopher when they got married at the five star Hillbark Hotel in Cheshire, which nestles in 250 acres of parkland in the heart of Cheshire, on the beautiful Wirral Peninsula.
As a part of the Contesa boutique chain, the company’s ethos is “The greatest luxury in life is time, savour every second.” And they strive to make every wedding a fairytale experience for the special couple. Emma and Christopher certainly revelled in that ethos as the couple and their fun-loving, close-knit family and friends made the most of enjoying every minute of the day.
Emma is a hard working nurse and Christopher is goalkeeper for Port Vale. He was voted both the Port Vale’s players’ player of the season and away fan’s player of the season in 2012 /13 but there is no doubt his most memorable achievement was to marry Emma and to start a lifetime’s career as a devoted husband and family man.
Emma’s stunning and unique bouquets were created by David Austin Roses and were a feature in their own right. David Austin Roses have a character and charm that sets them aside from other roses; the company offers a complete bridal service, from a single wedding bouquet through to a unique bridal package, and each bouquet is created and installed by one of their individual designers.

It was a magical day with so many photo opportunities the couple were delighted with my professionalism and the final album. Likewise, Emma’s twin Carley was so impressed that she has booked me for her own wedding in June 2014
