Wedding of the Year Winners: 2nd Round
Absolutely delighted is an understatement, as Marc and Cheryl from their wedding at 30 James Street, have won the second round of Wedding of the Year with, Your Merseyside Wedding Magazine. With 4 entries every 2 months, there’s a total of only 16 participants that get accepted to the competition, with just 4 entering the finals. We now have 2 finalists! See the other here
With 2 of my fabulous couples through to the finals, we have a great chance of winning. Winners of the Merseyside competition have the all-important Wedding of the Year title. Along with their wedding being featured in the magazine, they’ll also win a luxurious two-night stay at Hard Days Night Hotel. The prize includes a two-night break in a deluxe suite with dinner, bed and breakfast for two.
The winners from the Merseyside round will be automatically entered into the national competition. The winners of the Merseyside Wedding of the Year competition will also get the chance to win our National Wedding of the Year title and a fabulous grand prize of a three-night mini-moon at the award-winning Palais Namaskar in Marrakech, on a half board basis in a Pool Villa complete with return airport transfers – worth £3,000!

30 James street is a fabulously grand wedding venue in Liverpool. The Grade II* listed building, called “Home of the Titanic”, commemorates both RMS Titanic and the White Star Line. A 5 Million Restoration project began in 2013 to bring the building back its former glory and into a Luxury Hotel and Wedding Venue. With capacity for over 300 and the The White Star Great Hall seating 210 people, makes it the perfect wedding venue in Liverpool. The now 64 bedroom luxury Titanic-themed hotel caters for the most grand weddings in Merseyside.
