Signature Living Wedding Venues
Established in 2008, Signature Living Owners Katie & Laurence Kenwright bought a Victoria Street apartment in Liverpool City Centre. And since then Signature Living has grown to be the largest and luxurious wedding hotel chain in Liverpool.
I have worked with Signature Living since they opened their first wedding venue, 30 James Street. It’s been a very good long standing relationship. I must have photographed over 50 weddings across their chain of Liverpool Wedding Venues.
I am their recommended Liverpool Wedding Photographer and have fabulous portfolio of wedding photographs and wedding albums from all their wedding venues. Your more than welcome to view.
A unique experience
Signature offers guests a unique and unforgettable wedding experience. Especially with their ability to transform derelict buildings into thriving Liverpool wedding venues. No transformation is unachievable for these entrepreneurs. Their passion for making Liverpool a UK hotspot for weddings and a go to destination is admirable.
I have been a recommended wedding photographer for 30 James Street, The Shankly and their Signature brand since the opening of the Titanic themed hotel. I know their wedding venues like the back of my hand. Over the years my wedding photographs have been featured in all their marketing literature. And featured on their social media accounts weekly.
Recommended wedding supplier
I was one of the first Liverpool wedding photographers to shoot in 30 James Street when it opened. And even some of those early wedding photographs are still being featured to this day. Over the years I have worked with the Signature Living Wedding Venues to help promote the brand and created some truly unique photographs. That are replicated to this day by other photographers. I really did set the standard. Some of which are featured in my wedding photography portfolio.
30 James Street
In 2013, Signature Living acquired Albion House. This Grade II listed building formally known as the White Star Line Headquarters was transformed. Still keeping its original features and steeped in history, the 30 James Street Hotel and was the beginning of Signature Living Wedding Venues in Liverpool.
30 James Street boasts Liverpool’s first Rooftop champagne bar and restaurant named the Carpathia. Here you’ll find displayed some unique artefacts from the famous ship itself. And one of my favourite spots to get amazing wedding photographs combining the bride and groom with a panoramic of Liverpool’s skyline and the Mersey. A truly unique setting for your wedding.
The Shankly Hotel weddings
Then in 2014, Signature Living partnered with the Shankly family and created The Shankly Hotel. With never seen before memorabilia from the infamous Bill Shankly. The Shankly consists of 57 themed rooms plus 34 Ultimate Signature Living suites, as well as the famous Laurent Perrier Pool Room. The hotel also features the amazing Bastion Bar and Restaurant and 2 stunning wedding venues, including the Garden of Eden.
Little Eden is the ideal setting for weddings with around 100 guests, with a room up top being able to handle around 1000 people you can really get a party going. With a unique 360 view of the city, The Shankly is one of my favourite wedding venues in Liverpool. And home to some of my most memorable and signature wedding photographs.
With this Hotel chain growing from strength to strength, they have numerous other hotels across the UK, with its newest venture opening 2019, Rainhill Hall, just outside Liverpool. Where we attended Rainhill Hall’s Wedding First Fayre and got to see this amazing wedding venue for the first time.
Dixie Dean Hotel Liverpool
Along with the new Dixie Dean Hotel, which opened July 2019. This hotel celebrates the life of Everton’s football legend, William Ralph ‘Dixie’ Dean. Located in a grandeur Grade II listed building in the heart of Liverpool, just opposite The Shankly Hotel. Featuring beautifully decorated rooms, with a touch of ‘Evertonian’ blue including jacuzzi and copper bathtubs, in a Signature style decor. The No9 Bar and Restaurant is named after the iconic numbered shirt Dixie Dean wore and serves the most delicious menu, cocktails and scouse cuisine. This hotel offers a unique and unforgettable stay.
I’m honoured to be among 30 James Street and The Shankly Hotel recommended Wedding Photographers. Take a look at my favourite images below of weddings taken over the years, at these stunning Liverpool wedding venues. Please get in touch if you would like to see my wedding albums from these wedding venues.
