Liverpool can boast a new wedding venue with the recently converted Rum Warehouse now having a dedicated wedding coordinator, Sasha Parker, on its staff.
The restored warehouse dates its roots back to the 1950s and has space for up to 700 guests, with terraces and waterfront views all available within the quirkiest of arenas.
The wedding and conference venue comes as part of the regeneration drive of Stanley Dock in Liverpool and is adjoined by the Titanic Hotel, which itself opened its doors in 2014, ensuring that accommodation is accessible for wedding guests in attendance here. There is also a bar and grill available.
The Rum Warehouse, as the name suggests, refers to the dock’s history of being a storage facility for rum that was imported onto UK shores, though through some re-imagining it has been transformed into a wedding and conference centre. As 2015 kicks off, so will the venue’s licence for holding wedding ceremonies on the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Having an experienced wedding coordinator on staff ensures that guidance can be offered for those essential parts of the big day, such as hiring a top class wedding photographer in Liverpool. Hiring the wedding venue itself, though, is an important part of the celebrations. The space chosen often reflects the personality of those it sees married, so having a skilled wedding photographer is crucial to utilising the space to capture not only the event, but also that which makes you unique.
