Top advice on framing and displaying your wedding photos
Once the big day is over and you’ve swooned over the pictures captured by your Liverpool wedding photographer, what comes next?
You’ll want to show them off proudly, of course. What are the options when it comes to framing and displaying your wedding images?
The first step is deciding where to place them within your home. Will you have a dedicated gallery wall, for instance, or do you plan to dot them around the house, with images on shelves, above the fireplace or adorning the walls?
What style will suit your home? For example, if you have a typical Liverpool Victorian terrace with lots of original features, you might want to complement this with a selection of images in classic frames.
If you reside in a stylish city centre or waterside apartment, you might prefer to show off your pictures in a more contemporary way, such as by using a series of acrylic pieces or block prints.
It’s all down to your personal taste and the setting that will form the backdrop, although these do not necessarily have to complement one another. Sometimes a completely different style can provide a most refreshing and eye-catching contrast.
At Matthew Rycraft Photography, we offer a range of framing services, as well as block prints and acrylic pieces. We can go through the options with you in advance of your wedding, or can provide these products after delivery of your pictures.
Just like the big day itself, your wedding photos – and how you display them – should reflect both of your personalities and preferences. Our wedding albums are also a great after wedding gift to yourself, our wedding packages not only offer digital only options but also wedding books.
