A Christmas wedding can be the epitome of romance, especially for those who adore that time of year. Planning a winter wedding is not without its potential issues, however. Plan ahead
With family get-togethers, workplace parties and all the shopping and cooking, Christmas is a very busy time of year. This means you’ll need to get your venue and other suppliers booked early – and don’t forget to send out ‘save the date’ cards to your guests.
Christmas colour
If you’re getting hitched in winter, your venue is likely to have Christmas decorations up everywhere. They say if you can’t beat them you should join them, so why not embrace the festive season by using red, green and gold tones, alongside holly, ivy and – of course – mistletoe?
